Taksh Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd is a firm conceptualized and formed after much deliberation to consolidate all the business activities under one main group company.
The companies Promoters are Shri Girishbhai Sunderlal Shah and Shri Girishchandra Jayantilal Patel, while its Directors are Shri Samir Jagdishchandra Amin and Shri Chintan Girishbhai Shah.
The promoters have a vast experience of more than 30 years in this field of construction and real estate. They are one of the prominent builders and developers in Vadodara City.
Shri Girishbhai Sunderlal Shah
Starting his life journey as a Pharmacist, Girishbhai Shah, got an opportunity to start a small township in the Village of Bajwa. He implied his knowledge and skills to get the best in bajwa. The joy, energy and vision led him to more development and brought him completely in the field of Real Estate. He moved to Vadodara in early 1980’s and started working intensely in land development. He joined various teams of group and constructed landmarks of Vadodara like Center Point on R.C. Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Trident Complex on Race Course Cirlce, Mahesh Complex at Waghodia Road, and Keval Corporate Park on Channi Road. Shri Girishbhai Shah is also the Chairman of CREDAI – Vadodara Chapter and has been the promoter of “The building and Land developers Association”.
Shri Girishbhai Jayantilal Patel
Shri Girishbhai J Patel, comes from a nearby village of Vadodara. Being from a average working family, he had high ambition and focus, he completed his diploma in civil engineering at M.S.University of Baroda and actively joined the field of construction. Later he moved to Canada and obtained lots of skills from his work experience there. In late 30’s of his life he moved back to India to start bigger ventures as he had foreseen for his life. In joint venture with Girishbhai Shah and Others, they started the Taksh Brand. With development of Taksh Complex – I, II, III , the very first on Vasna Road during its times, they established the ambience of this area. Taksh Bungalows was a unique project dreamed and implemented, having the first of its own type of conceal wiring including electric during its time in Vadodara. Even today Taksh Bungalows is a set of example for Vasna Road. He joined others in development of other landmarks like Trident Complex on Race Course, Taksh Paradigm on Old Parda Road.
